Mayor Richard Garin warmly welcomes Department of Agriculture Regional Technical Director Ma. Teresa Solis during her courtesy visit on April 21, 2026. The visit brought promising news, as Director Solis announced that several new infrastructure projects are slated for Miagao this year.
The upcoming projects include the construction and improvement of farm-to-market roads to enhance accessibility for local farmers, the installation of a modern solar-powered irrigation system to support sustainable agriculture, and the development of a new dam to ensure a reliable water supply for both farming and community needs.
For his part, Mayor Garin thanked Director Solis as these initiatives will surely boost agricultural productivity and improve the overall quality of life for the residents of Miagao in 2026.
