On March 3, 2026, members of the Local School Board gathered to deliberate on critical matters affecting the education of learners in Miagao. Led by Mayor Richard Garin, the meeting began with a detailed review of the proposed 2026 LSB budget, including the selection of priority projects for inclusion in the Annual Investment Plan.
The agenda also covered proposals for financial assistance to learners undertaking the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Accreditation and Equivalency Examination, as well as discussions on support for other schools in the area.
