Mayor Richard Garin took charge of the Independence Day celebration today, June 12th, held at the JRBB Hall.
The event, sponsored by Alejandro Firmeza Memorial National High School, was divided into three segmentsโflag raising, wreath laying, and the main program.
This yearโs observance was marked by a speech from guest speaker Engr. Miguel Paguntalan, who emphasized the theme of the celebration: โKalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan.โ.
