On January 30, 2026, Mayor Richard Garin warmly greeted the charming contestants vying for the Miss Salakayan 2026 crown. These young women represent the vibrant communities of the eight tribes, each comprising approximately 15 barangays within the clusters of the Liga ng mga Barangay.
Mayor Garin expressed his gratitude to all participants for showcasing the rich culture and spirit of their respective barangays. The competition will feature several segments, including Gown, Interview, Production Number, Street Wear, and Playsuit.
