he local government unit of Miagao leads the two-day Responsableng Ginikanan Academy Training of Trainers, held on April 21-22, 2026, at Garin Farm Agri-Tourism Park in San Joaquin.
This program, a flagship initiative of Mayor Richard Garin, is designed to reinforce family values and empower parents to become responsible caregivers.
With support from the Department of Education, members of the Responsableng Ginikanan Academy will facilitate the training in collaboration with the Parents Teachers Association, coinciding with the Brigada Eskwela 2026 campaign.
In his message, Mayor Garin emphasized the importance of nurturing strong family values in Miagao. βWe are building essential infrastructure and making relentless efforts to make Miagao the best town. This progress must be matched by the good values of Miagaowanons,β he stated.
