Keith Cyreen Frigillano, hailing from Barangay San Rafael, Miagao, and a student of Guimbal National High School, was acclaimed as the Most Bemedalled Athlete at the recently concluded Western Visayas Regional Sports Athletics Association (WVRAA) Meet held in Passi City.
Frigillano delivered an outstanding performance, securing multiple medals across various events:

– 50m distance β Silver
– 60m distance β Gold
– 70m distance β Gold
– 1440 round β Gold
– Olympic round β Gold
– Team event β Gold
– Mixed team event β Gold
With these remarkable achievements, Frigillano has earned the opportunity to represent her region at the Palarong Pambansa 2026.
