The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Regional Training Center (RTC) in Iloilo will provide free theoretical driving training alongside a seminar on organic agriculture production.
This initiative follows a courtesy visit by TESDA officialsβElvin John Getulle, John Clarence Garanganao, and Vincent NuΓ±alβto the local government on July 16, 2025. These training programs are part of TESDAβs community-based efforts aimed at empowering residents.
The free courses are exclusively available to inhabitants of the 17 barangays identified by the Enhanced Local Community Awareness Campaign (ELCAC). Through these targeted educational opportunities, TESDA seeks to enhance practical skills and promote sustainable livelihoods within these communities.
