Fifty senior citizens, comprising octogenarians and nonagenarians, received their cash incentives from the personnel of the Provincial and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices. The distribution took place at the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs on August 6, 2025.
Each recipient was given P5,000 as financial assistance to support their personal needs, which primarily include purchasing medicines, nutritious food, and other essential items that contribute to their well-being. This initiative aims to provide tangible support to the elderly population, recognizing their valuable contributions to the community and helping to improve their quality of life.
