A comprehensive food handling seminar was attended by numerous carinderia owners at the JRBB Hall on August 6, 2025. This training session aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills in proper food safety practices to ensure the health and satisfaction of their customers.

The seminar was made possible through the technical expertise of the UPV Miagao SOTECH team, who provided valuable insights and practical guidance throughout the event. Additionally, the Municipal Health Office (MHO) played a significant role in supporting and coordinating the training, helping to promote better hygiene standards within the local food industry.
