The local government, through its Rural Health Unit, proudly received a Plaque of Recognition for securing 2nd Place as the Top Performing Local Government Unit in the Soil-Transmitted Helminthiasis (STH) Prevention and Control Program Implementation in the Province of Iloilo.
This honor was awarded on December 2, 2025, during the 2025 HEAL Awards Ceremony held at the Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City. This accomplishment underscores the unitβs dedication to advancing public health and demonstrates exemplary commitment to disease prevention within the community.
