Barangay Guibongan is indeed fortunate to have been awarded a new road project complete with additional facilities, courtesy of the Office of Congresswoman Janette Garin and Mayor Richard Garin.
IN PHOTOS: The Department of Public Works and Highways, together with the local government, led the pre-construction on June 3, 2025, for a 260-meter road that will feature 10 solar-powered LED streetlights.
