On March 19, 2025, Miagaowanons answered the call for donations during Blood Donation Day at the JRBB Hall. This event was organized by the Rural Health Unit in collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross.
The donors came front variously organizations, including the Liga ng mga Barangay, Barangay Nutrition Scholars, Barangay Health Workers, Women and Family Groups, the Philippine National Police, the Bureau of Fire Protection, ISAT U, Barangay Service Point Officers, and the Local Government Unit of Miagao.
Their collective efforts underscore the spirit of community and highlight the importance of altruism in saving lives.
