The day’s main highlight was the presentation of a certificate of recognition, led by LtGen Roy M Galido of the Philippine Army. The event centered around the theme “Matatag na Kaagapay ng mga Mamamayan sa Kanluran, Gitnang Visayas at Negros Island para sa Bagong Pilipinas.”
