This intensive four-day program, led by Mayor Richard Garin, was dedicated to enhancing participantsβ leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and team management skills. The training sessions were facilitated by expert resource speakers WVSU College of Communication Instructor Ms. Rica Marcet Funtecha, Kalipay Negrense Foundation Inc. Executive Director Mr. Meliton Sillador, Jr and Danyael John Dacayon. Utilizing a blend of interactive workshops, real-scenario case studies, and dynamic group activities, the program fostered a collaborative environment that encouraged active participation and effective decision-making.
