On July 1, 2025, in time for the Inaugural Session of the members of the 16th Sanggunian, Mayor Richard Garin gave an overview of his Executive Agenda and called upon the members of the Sangguniang Bayan to help him achieve his vision for the town by creating ordinances and resolutions to make it happen.
βLet us stand united. Once united, may mga programs and projects, nga indi impossible. There will be no progress without unity,β Mayor Garin said.
He highlighted the ordinances and resolutions vital to the effective operation of various offices, including the computerization program, revisions of the Revenue Code, Tourism Code, and Comprehensive Land Use Plan, job facilitation, proper implementation of the Building Code, among others.
