This was the key message Mayor Richard Garin shared with local government department heads and their immediate subordinates during the two-day GAD Plan and Budget formulation held on May 21-22, 2025, at the ISAT U Hostel.
Mayor Garin emphasized that employees’ active participation, determination, and persistence are crucial to achieving the organization’s goal of making Miagao a progressive town in the Province of Iloilo.
