Led by Project Leader Susie Hope R. Tomol, EdD, RGC, the program seeks to deliver targeted assistance and compassionate guidance to its beneficiaries, fostering empowerment and responsible participation within the community.
The implementation is managed by ISAT-U Miagao Campus, with the Teacher Education Department serving as the lead program unit. Additionally, the Guidance and Counseling Center acts as a co-implementer, providing essential support services.
