Members of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council participated in a comprehensive three-day training program on the Incident Command System (ICS) from April 1 to April 4, 2025.
The Incident Command System is a standardized framework designed for on-scene, multi-agency incident management. This effective system enhances coordination during emergencies, ensuring resource allocation is optimized, communication remains clear, and accountability is maintained throughout the response efforts.
