On July 18, 2025, 68 Miagaowanons eagerly participated in a blood donation drive held at the JRBB Hall. This vital initiative encouraged community members to contribute their life-saving blood donations.
Organized by the Municipal Health Office under the leadership of Dr. Rhea Palacios, in collaboration with the Philippine National Red Cross, the event is part of a regular campaign to maintain an adequate blood supply for residents of Miagao.
Through such coordinated efforts, the municipality strengthens its healthcare resources and promotes a culture of civic responsibility among its citizens.
