Over a 100 new weavers have been recruited through the successful three-day Hablon Sustainability Seminar held from September 17 to 19, 2025. This effort seeks to safeguard the town’s rich heritage by preserving traditional weaving techniques. Beyond maintaining craftsmanship, the initiative also promotes both environmental responsibility and cultural preservation within the local community. By integrating these values, the program ensures that Hablon weaving remains a vibrant and sustainable practice for future generations.
