Keeping his promise, Mayor Richard Garin is actively advancing infrastructure developments and other services for the people of Miagaowan.
On June 3, 2025, the Department of Public Works and Highways, in collaboration with the local government, began the pre-construction phase of a 260-meter road equipped with 14 solar-powered LED streetlights.
This project was made possible through the efforts of Congresswoman Janette Garinβs office and Mayor Garin. Completion is anticipated in 74 days.
