Before all else, the Miagaowanons, led by Mayor Richard Garin, gathered for a solemn mass in celebration of its 309th Foundation Anniversary and the 27th Salakayan Festival.
This gathering served as a heartfelt thanksgiving for the town’s accomplishments and a humble plea for guidance as they strive toward future endeavors.
