This was the main message from Mayor Richard Garin during the one-day Orientation Workshop on the Strategic Performance Management System, held on June 13, 2025, at the ISAT U Hostel. The workshop focused on preparing the Office and Individual Performance Commitment Review.

Mayor Garin expressed hope for a ‘renewed strength and commitment,’ especially from employees, as he takes on his fresh mandate as municipal mayor starting June 30.
