MIAGAO SUPPORTS PROVINCIAL ORAL HEALTH PROGRAM
“Thank you for bringing the program to Miagao. Kami dya gid nga naga suporta kang programa kang probinsya.”
This was the declaration and statement of Mayor Richard Garin during the Health Education Advocacy and Promotion in relation to the celebration of the National Oral Health Month of the Provincial Health Office at Ilog Ilog Elementary School on February 21, 2024.
“Ang dya nga programa indi lang dya para tulad nga adlaw asta dya nga madara mo sa pangabuhi mo ang batasan sa oral care,” Mayor Garin said.
According to Mayor Garin, the government is not just working on tangible projects but are building projects in the hearts and minds of the people.
It may be noted that the distribution of mobile dental vans was one of the program of the Department of Health during the stint of Congresswoman Janatte L. Garin sa Department Secretary.
‘SALAMAT SA INYO PARTISIPASYON, KOOPERASYON’
Mayor Richard Garin expressed his sincerest gratitude to the Department of Education family for their untiring support and usual cooperation to the endeavors of the local government in a meeting with all school heads at Miagao CES Conference Room on February 21, 2024.
In particular, Mayor Garin particularly lauded the efforts of the teachers in making Salakayan Festival successful and for placing Miagao second in the overall ranking of the First Congressional District Sport Association Meet recently.
