For Mayor Garin, it is the parentβs role to impart wisdom, while the teachers are there in school to impart knowledge.
βKanugon ang wisdom nga gin-impart mo sa bata kun kulang man tana sa knowledge. Sayang man ang knowledge kun wara man ti husto nga wisdom, mayad nga pang-ino-ino ukon mayad nga pamatasan. Amo dya nga dapat kumbinar kita – responsableng guro, responsableng ginikanan and responsableng gobyerno – to achieve responsableng graduates and eventually responsableng citizen of Miagao,β he concluded.
