Iloilo Electric Cooperative 1 General Manager Engr. Miguel Paguntalan and 1st Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Commander PLTCol Frederick P. Mead paid Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr a courtest visit today.
Engr. Paguntalan, on behalf of ILECO 1, expressed his support to the administration of Mayor Garin. For his part Col. Mead extended his invitation for the blessing of the Garinasium donated to them by Congresswoman Janette L. Garin, MD. Col Mead also thanked Mayor Garin for his support to the IPMFC.
