Mr. Jayfel Conato and Ms. Ninfa Momblan presented to Mayor Richard Garin the check amounting to P5 million for the establishment of the Operation Center.
The check was received by VM Macario Napulan, who represented Mayor Garin, in a formal turnover ceremony at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol earlier today.
