‘The best gift that you could give to your loved ones is your time and your presence. Thank you for your love for the people and your town,” – Mayor Oscar “Richard” Garin, Jr said in appreciation to the presence of the members of the Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) during their first regular Council meeting today.
“Masaku man ang tagsa kaninyo but gintaw-an niyo guid ka panahon ang occasion tulad. Salamat sa inyo participation because problems on these matter cannot just be solved by the Mayor alone but by the concerted effort of each of us as member of the community,” said Mayor Garin.
The LCPC is the mandatory special body that advocates child’s rights that implements all children’s programs at the local level.
