True to his promise, Mayor Richard Garin called for the last time and presented the provisions on the proposed amendments of the Traffic Code to all the Tricycle Operators and Owners Association presidents in a meeting today.
The proposed amendment will be submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan next week for their consideration and approval.
In his message, Mayor Garin thanked them for their usual cooperation as he emphasized that it will be for the best interest of all.
