On February 25, 2026, a total of 195 business permits were distributed, personally given to the owners by Mayor Richard Garin.
While handing out the permits, Mayor Garin thanked the business owners for their cooperation and support of the local government, acknowledging their prompt and consistent payment of taxes and fees.

PROJECT UPDATE: The drainage system construction in Barangays Igtuba to Kirayan Sur is now halfway complete and is expected to address the decades-long flooding issues from Barangay Igtuba to Kirayan Sur.
