Despite the risk of getting in the Barangay, the Responsableng Gobyerno Team headed by Mayor Richard Garin reached Barangay Cabalaunan to personally hand-in the assistance for their barangay project.
On January 31, 2024, Mayor Garin thanked the residents for their continued support to the administration.
“Padayunon namon ang amon dedikado nga pagserbisyo kaninyo tungod ang inyo pagpalangga, suporta kag pagsarig sa amon grupo,” he said.

This may seem impossible, but possible for the Responsableng Gobyerno team led as Mayor Richard Garin to reach Barangay Cadoldolan, Miagao.
The barangay, one of the farthest in Miagao, was reached by the group to personally deliver the assistance for the construction of the footwalk of the barangay.
“Ginlab-ot namon kamo dya para makapakig-angot man kaninyo kag makapasalamat kami sa inyo suporta kag pagsarig sa akon grupo,” Mayor Garin said.

“Possible, overtimeman ta para magamit sa Salakayan Festival.”
This was the statement of Mayor Richard Garin in an interview over Responsableng Gobyerno for Miagao on January 14, 2024.
Mayor Garin was referring to the construction of the more or less 300-meter road from Miagao Central Elementary School Gate 2 to SK Covered Court in Barangay Ubos Ilaya, Miagao. The road will be used during the Tribes’ Competition as an access road in going to the SKCC, one of the judging areas of the contest.
On January 15, 2024, Mayor Garin personally conducted the inspection and directed Engineer Rey Mosura of the scope of work of the projects.

“Mas mangin madali ang inyo pangabuhi kag mas madali ang pagpakadto balik kang mga tawo halin sa Igbaras kag Miagao.”
This was the statement of Mayor Richard Garin during the pre-construction conference for the opening of the road from Barangay Tiglawa, Miagao to Barangay Buenavista, Igbaras.
According to Mayor Garin, these are among the projects that can directly be felt by the people.
In his message, Tiglawa punong barangay Jose Nacita said that the project seems “impossible” but was realized under the administration of Mayor Garin.
“Daw indi dya mapatihan ga hambal ang iban nga indi dya malab-ot. Pero, sa pagpatigayon ni Mayor Richard Garin nangin posible dya para sa mga pumuluyo indi lng kang taga Barangay Tiglawa kag Buenavista, Igbaras kundi kang iban pa guid nga mga kabarangayan,” PB Nacita said.
Then pre-construction conference that is being conducted directly with the people is one of the initiatives of the Garin administration. It aimed at safeguarding the interest of the people, especially of those who will be directly affected by the project.
