Final Provisions
Section 75. Appropriation The sum necessary to effectively carry out the provisions of this Code during the first year of its implementation shall be allocated from the budget of the Fishery Program of the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist. The budget for subsequent years which shall not be less than the amount of the preceding year’s appropriation.
Section 76. Repealing Clause Municipal Ordinance No. 01, series of 2000 is hereby repealed. All other previous ordinances, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Code are hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
Section 77. Separability Clause If, for any reason or reasons, any part or provisions of this Code shall be held unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall remain to be in full force and effect.
Section 78. Effectivity Clause This Code shall take effect fifteen (15) days after posting hereof in at least three (3) conspicuous places in the municipality and publication in a local newspaper of general circulation.
