MAYOR RSG LAUDS ISAT U FOR QUALITY EDUCATION

Mayor Richard Garin was all praises to the management and staff of Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U)– Miagao Campus for giving “quality education” to its students.
In his message during the 78th Founding Anniversary Celebration on February 1, 2023, Mayor Garin said that “ there are more parents wanting to enroll their children to government colleges and universities because it is where you can find better teachers and professors.”
“ISAT U is giving you the basic ingredients sa pagpangabuhi sa pira ka adlaw. The vision and the mission of the school is to give you quality education kag mangin bugal ikaw kang komunidad because of ISAT-U. Salamat guid ISAT – U, “ Mayor Garin said.

‘NEAT AND CLEAN’

Following the order of Mayor Richard Garin to make Miagao neat and clean, the General Services Office has already started the repainting of the gutters.
The effort also forms part of the preparation for the upcoming Salakayan Festival.

MAYOR RSG shares success with Miagao West Patubas awardees

BARANGAY PALACA, Miagao – Mayor Richard Garin expressed his support and congratulations to the awardees of the Schools District of Miagao West Patubas 2022.

‘Miagao Municipal Hall gets facelift’

Making it pleasant and welcoming to guests and Miagaowanons, Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr ordered for the facelift of the Municipal Hall.
At the moment, the Office of the GSO is working on the removal of Christmas lights and repainting of the building.

CHAPTER III – PERMIT AND REGULATORY FEES

ARTICLE A.
MAYOR’S PERMIT FEE ON BUSINESS

Section 1. Imposition of Fee. – There shall be collected a registration fee in the amount of P55.00 upon issuance of application form for Mayor’s Permit and an annual fee at the rate of Ten Percent (10%) of the annual tax due but not less than the rates provided hereunder for the issuance of Mayor’s Permit for every business trade or activity that a person shall conduct within the Municipality of Miagao. The permit fee is payable for every separate or district item of business or establishment or place where the business, trade or activity is conducted. One line of business or activity does not become exempt by being conducted with some other busi¬ness or activity for which the permit or fee has been paid.
